How do we make new clouds?

   We create cloud vapor from clean water through an atomization process.  Similar to snow making machines.  Atomization can be done right at the point of the sprayer. An ultrasonic transducer or grid plates at the end of a high pressure water cannon; will throughly break up the water molecules and make them aerosol.  Cloud vapor without heating assist.  Aim the cannon output into the path of the wind and it will travel.  Think of it as broad scale irrigation.
