Picture world wide power and clean water providers, funded by the former ruling class of the toxic fossil fuel industries. Floating ship armadas moored in dead sea water; producing clean electricity and clean water. Even in the arctic regions, we need to treat the water and reice the caps. This is a long term project, we will need to dedicate many years of work and reclaimed resources. Treated water can be blasted into the sky and moved by the wind. This will feed networks of land based storage, water cannons and pipelines, moving water inland and putting out fires before they start. Power and water everywhere that we need it. 
   This is doable.
  This is necessary. 
 It is the right thing to do.
