Self charging cars

So let's take a commercial flywheel energy system, downsize it and flip it on it's side.  Spin it in a forward direction for a car and it's movement.  Fuel source to turn the system is a small high voltage battery pack.  14.4KW output driving the motor(s).  
   Instead of plugging your car in at night, you could run your home with the car.  
   no burning needed
