To understand the potential energy of a weighted flywheel, let's look at how a commercial flywheel energy system works. The energy available is calculated in this fashion. 
Kinetic energy, or your power out, is determined by the angular momentum of the flywheel.
Angular momentum is mass times velocity times the radius of the flywheel.
  We can use this to size the flywheel we will need to create torque from the 12V DC motor to the generator circuit.

Nazi Invasion United States

The Nazi party has consolidated power. Broadscale extermination efforts through the denial of food, water, and shelter are in full swing. Healthcare deprivation and denial is on track to kill millions. The former United States is wholly occupied by enemy forces. It is the enemy within, a decades long military dictatorship by coup d'etat. They are on the cusp of launching the most brutal genocide of our times.
