Let us look at how we could be fighting fires and drought, while providing electricity and clean water.    Floating power/clean water plants positioned in hot dead sea water.  Reusable concentrated brine creates electric power that drives the power plant operations.  Clean water is made creating the brine. Clean water is then atomized and shot into the high winds. Water is heavy, so it pulls energy out of the wind. Water binds with thermal energy and pollutants, so it will scrub the air and cool it. We can control the amounts of water (substitute for nature) moving to prevent problems.
